In-Person Meeting

Proposal
Based on our meeting, we prepare a realistic preliminary cost estimate based off plans or even before construction plans are finalized.

Contract & LOI
We formalize the project with a construction contract based on completed plans, or a Letter of Intent when plans are still being finalized.

Design
Bring your own architect and plans, or let us connect you with one of our trusted architects or designers to develop your vision.

Build
We obtain permits (when required), hold a kickoff meeting, and begin construction. Your dedicated Production Manager keeps you informed every step of the way while our team follows a clear schedule and carefully protects your home throughout the project.

Final Walkthrough
You, the project manager, and the designer walk through the completed space together to review the work and confirm that every detail has been addressed.
