With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin oversees production operations for Marvel Homes throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, and the Eastern Shore. Throughout his career, he has managed projects ranging from guest bathroom remodels to multi-million-dollar whole-home renovations, always with a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
As Production Manager, Kevin is responsible for coordinating every aspect of the construction process. He manages field operations, schedules projects, coordinates subcontractors, supervises Marvel Homes’ in-house craftsmen, oversees budgets and jobsite safety, maintains quality control, communicates with homeowners, and works proactively to solve challenges before they become problems. His leadership helps ensure every project runs efficiently and meets the high standards Marvel Homes is known for.
Kevin has decades o experience with luxury kitchens, custom bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, custom homes, finished basements, historic renovations, outdoor living spaces, and commercial remodeling projects. No matter the size or complexity of the project, he believes every homeowner deserves the same level of care, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
His management style is hands-on and detail-oriented. Kevin believes successful projects are built on organization, accountability, proactive communication, clean and well-managed jobsites, respect for each homeowner’s property, and delivering quality work on schedule. Clients appreciate his honest communication, dependable scheduling, regular project updates, and commitment to resolving issues quickly while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
